Tong has uninterrupted views of glorious landscapes, which is complimented with Holmewood`s community spirit. The Mossdale Community is a small estate, within Tong. This is formed by the streets named as Royd Moor Road, Chilver Drive, Goosedale Court, Ring Hay Road, Kirkdale Way and Spinney Rise. The motto of holmewood.org is `where family matters.`

We need your support to raise funds for our 2009 appeal, far cheaper than a leaflet drop or a quarter of a page advertisement in the local papers. Money raised helps support our Heros and for Rebecca Joyce who is raising money for Cancer Reserch. At the moment Rebecca is playing her own game of  'kick the cancer' with good friend Mr chemo. At this time, she cannot run any marathons, or cycle from Blackpool to Paris and back again, or host a big fancy dress party. Rebecca is focusing all her efforts on getting better and fighting this terrible disease in any way she can.
